ECM Global Macro Fund Ltd (the “Fund”) is an unregulated collective investment scheme which is not recognised under s.264 of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000. Therefore, many of the protections provided by the United Kingdom regulatory structure may not apply to investments in the Fund, including access to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme and the Financial Ombudsman Service.

The Fund is organised as an exempted company incorporated with limited liability in the Cayman Islands, the investment activities of the Fund are not regulated or otherwise overseen by either the Cayman Island’s government or any other Financial Regulator.

As the Fund is an unregulated collective investment scheme, promotion in the UK is restricted by Section 238 of the Financial Services and Markets 2000 (the "Act").
